The border of WaterHog Fashion mats is made with the same 100 percent polypropylene fiber system as the surface of the mat. The premium 24 oz/sq. anti-static Polypropylene fiber system dries quickly, doesn't fade or rot, and the rubber reinforce surface allows water to be wicked away from foot traffic, providing a slip-resistant surface when wet.

These mats are colorfast, with a solution-dyed design for excellent light and wet fastness. The unique ridged construction effectively stores dirt and moisture below shoe level, while the exclusive rubber reinforced face nubs prevent crushing in high traffic areas, ensuring high performance and extending the product's lifespan.

WaterHog mats are not suitable for areas exposed to animal fats or petroleum products, but they are not adversely affected by salt or ice melt. They are certified slip-resistant by the National Floor Safety Institute and recommended for use in computer rooms, around electronic equipment, malls, banks, hotels, offices, restaurants, healthcare facilities, supermarkets, and more.

Featuring a highly durable and attractive fashion border, these mats are the perfect choice for indoor or outdoor applications. With a 1/4" nub height, 100 percent SBR rubber backing (20 percent Recycled Content), and a thickness of 0.190" for the nubs, 0.050" between the nubs, and 0.110" for the border, these mats pass Flammability Standard DOC-FF-1-70 and ASTM C 1028-29 Static Coefficient of Friction. They have a dry coefficient of 0.70, an average anti-static rating of 1.2 KV with a maximum average voltage of 1.63 KV, and meet IBM's minimum standard for electrical resistance (NFPA99).
